BETHLEHEM—The Bloomsburg University men's indoor track team took part in the Lehigh Multi and Invite on Saturday.
In the 60 meter dash
Ryan Dickerson (Harleysville, Souderton) took second in 7.07 seconds and also qualified for the PSAC championships. Dickerson had reached the finals with a sixth place finish in the prelims finishing with a time of 7.22 seconds. Dickerson also competed in the 200 meter dash and took ninth in 23.78 seconds.
In the 60 meter hurdles
Aaron Hacker (Dover, Dover) finished fourth in a time of 8.85 seconds after finishing sixth in the prelims in 9:09 seconds. His time of 8.85 seconds qualified him for the PSAC championships.
In the 200 meter dash
Devin Barr (Pottstown, Pottsgrove)was fifth in 23.51 seconds, while at 400 meters
John Barnett (Chester Springs, Downingtown East) was 11th in 53.26 seconds. At 800 meters
Jared Arnold (Philadelphia, Engineering & Science ) took eighth in 2:03.35.
In relay action, the 4 x 400 team of
Devin Barr (Pottstown, Pottsgrove),
Bryan Hennessey (Lower Gwynedd, Pennridge),
Cal Rosenstein (Shohola, Delaware Valley) and
Jessie Mustapha (Philadelphia, University City) were fifth in 3:341.76, while the 4 x 800 relay team of
Zach Eyer (Berwick, Berwick Area),
Kevin Grier (Downingtown, Downingtown West),
Sean Duffy (Newtown, Council Rock South) and
Evan Makuvek (Kresgeville, Pleasant Valley) were also fifth in 8:33.63.
The field events saw
Jack Rosenstein (Shohola, Delaware Valley) finish second in the shot put with a toss of 13.52 meters, while in the pole vault
Matthew Stuck (Milton, Milton) was fifth in 4.45 meters (14' 7 1/4", but set a new school record in the process along with qualifying for the PSAC championships. Also qualifying for the PSAC championship in the pole vault was
Stephen Grib (Vernon, NJ/Vernon) with a mark of 4.00 meters (13'1 1/2")
The Huskies return to action next Saturday at Bucknell.
