INDIANA, PA – The Bloomsburg University women's swimming team performed at Indiana University of Pennsylvania on Friday and Saturday, as IUP hosted the Huskies, Shippensburg, and Gannon.

 

After the final session, Bloomsburg defeated Shippensburg by a score of 202-165 but lost to IUP, 272-113. The Huskies also fell to Gannon, 221-154.

In the 200-free Julia DeVincent (Ambler, Upper Dublin) placed sixth with a time of 2:02.49, which is a PSAC-qualifying performance.

Brittany McNeil (Oxford, Oxford Area) placed second in the 100-breast with a time of 1:09.2. McNeil also had a PSAC-qualifying performance.

With the team's regular season completed, Bloomsburg will next travel to Chambersburg from February 16 to 19, for the PSAC Championships beginning Wednesday at 6 pm.
