ARNOLD,MD—The Bloomsburg University lacrosse team saw 10 players score on its way to an easy 17-6 win over St. Andrew's Presbyterian College on Saturday in a game played in Arnold, MD.
The Huskies jumped out to a 9-4 lead at halftime and limited the Knights to just a handful of shots and two goals in the final 30 minutes to post the win.
Allie Kakareka (Royersford/Spring-Ford) and
Sam Mazzie (Barto/Boyertown) each scored twice and had two assists to lead the offense.
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) scored three times, while Sam King and
Sarah Bennett (Gilbertsville/Boyertown) added two goals each. In addition,
Kelsey Metzler (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) added one goal and one assist, while
Tia Mazzie (Barto/Boyertown),
Lyndsey Babilon (Boyertown/Boyertown), Gabby Lochetto and
Kelsey Schwan (Burnet Hills/Burnet Hills-Ballston Lake ) chipped in with one each.

Shelby Iezzi (Pottstown/Owen J. Roberts) had four saves in goal for Bloomsburg, now 3-1. The Huskies plays Queens (NC) University on Sunday at noon.
