After a Bloomsburg clearing attempt from its own zone failed, Bentley took over possession with 18 seconds remaining. They ran the ball down into their attacking half, and Geiger drew a foul to setup the free-position attempt. Geiger shot low, but Iezzi made the save and smothered the ball as the Huskies hung on for the win.

The Huskies then scored the next four goals over a five minute stretch to lead 6-3 before Bentley netted one with 17 seconds left in the half making it a 6-4 game at the break.

Bloomsburg opened the second half with back-to-back goals by Kelsey Metzler (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) to put the Huskies on top 8-4 with 19:12 left to go.

The Falcons then scored four of the next five goals to narrow the gap to 9-8 with 12 minutes to play.
