STORYLINE
The Huskies return home after playing twice in Maryland last weekend, dropping a 10-7 decision with No. 14 Pfeiffer before defeating Grand Valley State, 11-5. Bloomsburg now opens its PSAC schedule by hosting perennial power West Chester, which is ranked sixth in the latest Division II poll.

SCOUTING WEST CHESTER
The Golden Rams tallied their 21st PSAC championship a year ago and were selected second in this year's preseason coaches' poll behind Lock Haven. West Chester has opened its season with three straight wins, squeaking by Queens University of Charlotte, 6-5, in its opener and then dominating Newberry (18-5) and Saint Thomas Aquinas (16-5). Junior midfielder Sarah Dennison leads the Golden Rams with 13 points on 11 goals and two assists in the early going while sophomore midfielder Erin Eckert and freshman attacker Olivia Martin each add five goals apiece. Senior goalkeeper Jess Henderson has made 21 saves while posting a 5.04 goals against average.

LAST TIME OUT

(Box Score) The Huskies knocked off Grand Valley State, 11-5, in the final non-conference game of the year behind three goals apiece by captains Julie Falk (Millersville/Penn Manor) and Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon). GVSU outshot the Huskies 31-21, but freshman goalkeeper Abbey Burnett (Frederick, MD/Walkersville) made 17 saves to preserve the victory. Marisa Moley (Phoenixville/Spring-Ford) also scored twice in the win.

LAST MEETING
(Box Score) West Chester scored a 12-5 home win in the last meeting between these two teams on March 27, 2013. Julie Falk (Millersville/Penn Manor) had a goal on four shots for the Huskies.
