Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) scored a career-high five goals in the win.
The Huskies (4-2 overall, 2-0 PSAC) took a 3-0 lead in the first nine minutes of the game.
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) scored her first goal of the game off a pass from
Julie Falk (Millersville/Penn Manor) at the 28:06 mark. Then
Marisa Moley (Phoenixville/Spring-Ford) found
Brigid Kyne (Newtown Square/Marple Newtown) in front, and with 21:24 on the clock Falk had an unassisted goal.
The Raiders (4-3, 1-1) scored their first goal with 18:10 left in the first half which was followed by another
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) goal to bring the score to 4-1. Shippensburg scored twice more, but
Ashley Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) maintained the Huskies lead at 5-3.
To close out the first half Bloomsburg went on a three goal scoring streak to put them at an 8-3 advantage over the Raiders.
Morgan Sherriff (Downingtown/Coatesville) and
Brigid Kyne (Newtown Square/Marple Newtown) each scored back-to-back free positions. Then
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) registered her third goal of the game with 4:48 on the clock.
Falk opened the second half with an unassisted goal followed by another Shippensburg goal making the score 9-4. Bloomsburg scored three in a row to get a 12-4 edge. Falk assisted
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) at 21:51 then Falk scored with 19:41 to go. At the 16 minute mark Moley passed to
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) in front who beat the goalkeeper.
Shippensburg scored a goal one minute later to make the score 12-5.
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) and
Ashley Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) scored 10 seconds apart followed by a Falk goal to bring the score to 15-5. Aubrey scored on a free position and Ashley tallied her goal off a pass from Falk on a fast break.
With 3:57 to go
Kellen Cannon (Milton, DE/Sussex Technical) scored her first career goal off a pass from Falk. Shippensburg tallied the last two goals of the game to make the final 16-7.
Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) finished the game with a career-high five goals for Bloomsburg, while Falk finished with nine points off four goals and four assists.
Ashley Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) had three goals and Moley dished out two assists in the Huskies win.
Carly Ball (Lansdale/North Penn) led the Huskies defense with three caused turnovers and four groundballs.

Abbey Burnett (Frederick, MD/Walkersville) earned her fourth win and made one save while picking up a groundball.
Christine Seitzinger (Schnecksville/Parkland) got some action between the pipes and registered three saves, a career-high.
Bloomsburg hosts PSAC opponent Gannon on Friday, Mar. 28 at 4 p.m. at Sports Stadium.
