Bloomsburg had a five-game winning streak before the Lock Haven loss. Bloomsburg will look to improve its 1-2 road record with a victory against Slippery Rock and continue a positive trend – the Huskies have not dropped two consecutive games this season.

(Box Score) Bloomsburg suffered a 10-5 setback at Lock Haven despite outshooting the Lady Eagles 20-19. The Huskies led at halftime 3-1, but couldn't get much past the Bald Eagles' goaltender Chrissy Baffuto in the second half. Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) and Brigid Kyne (Newtown Square/Marple Newtown) each contributed two goals for Bloomsburg while Julie Falk (Millersville/Penn Manor) added one. Abbey Burnett (Frederick, MD/Walkersville) made six saves for Bloomsburg.

Junior Julie Falk (Millersville/Penn Manor) leads the team in points (38) and goals (25) including two game-winning goals. In her career she has recorded 143 goals and 78 assists in 46 games, ranking eighth in school history in goals and third in assists. Other co-captains Ashley and Aubrey Bossert (Ambler/Wissahickon) rank in the top five in points on the team with 14 and 13, respectively.
