RESULTSBLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University women's swim team turned in another big day of swimming as it easily rolled past Edinboro University, 118-76, on Saturday at the Nelson Field House pool.

The Huskies, who are preparing for their mid-season taper meet in two weeks at Akron, Oh., had three top-five PSAC swims during the meet and seven season-best swims.

Bloomsburg started the day with another win by the 200-medley relay team. The group of
Alex Wheatley (Dresher/Upper Dublin),
Nikki Young (Trooper/Methacton),
Kate Cossitor (Morgantown/Twin Valley) and
Meghan Gallagher (Aston/Sun Valley) remained unbeaten this season winning with a time of 1:49.16.

In the 1650-free
Caroline Hodgins (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) posted the top time in the PSAC this seasonnad a season-best with a mark of 18:00.41 to take first with teammate
Karly Hursey (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD) second in 18:07.39. Later in the meet Hursey won the 500-free with a season-best time of 5:16.64.

Also posting a season-best time was
Nikki Young (Trooper/Methacton) in the 200-IM in 2:14.42, while in the 400-IM
Sarah Ritter (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD) swam the second fastest time in the PSAC (and a season-best) this season with a mark of 4:49.55.

In the 100-free
Ashley Dix (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) posted the fourth best time in the PSAC (and a season-best) with a time of 54.29 in winning the event with Gallagher taking second in 54.33. In the 200-free the Huskies swept the top three spots with Gallagher winning in 1:59.31 with Dix taking second and
Danielle DelGiorno (Aston/Sun Valley) finishing third.

In the 100-back
Alex Wheatley (Dresher/Upper Dublin) swam a season-best time of 59.62 with
Samantha Campbell (Clifton Heights/Upper Darby) taking second. In the 100-fly the Huskies went 1-2-3 with
Courtney Middleton (Vineland, NJ/Vineland) taking first in 1:01.49 with Cossitor second and
Megan Carey (Waymart/Holy Cross) third.

The Huskies will be idle until they head to the Buckeye state from Dec. 4-6 for their big taper meet.
