STORYLINE
Both teams are coming off losses on Wednesday. The Lakers fell to #1 Millersville, 3-1, while the Huskies lost at East Stroudsburg, 2-0.
SERIES HISTORY
Bloomsburg leads the all-time series with the Lakers, 15-0. In the 15 meetings the Huskies have allowed just six goals to the Lakers and have blanked them 11 times.
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
The Huskies got off to a 2-0 start on the season by beating Adelphi and Pace at home. In the win over Adelphi
Mackenzie Wirth (Thompsontown/Greenwood) scored the game's only goal, while against Pace

Peyton Shockley (Milford, DE/Milford) and
Eleanor Kirby (Garnet Valley/Garnet Valley) each scored goals. On Wednesday the Huskies lost to East Stroudsburg, 2-0, with the Warriors holding a 29-3 edge in shots on goal. Goalie
Lindsay Cassel (Hummelstown/Lower Dauphin) stopped 18 shots on the afternoon. For the season Cassel has allowed just three goals in 210 minutes of play for a 1.00 goal against average. She has made 32 saves for a .914 saves percentage. For the year Wirth, Peters, Shockley, and Kirby have goals with
Abby Sauder (Mt. Joy/Donegal) and
Tali Wehner (Bloomsburg/Bloomsburg) have assists.

SCOUTING MERCYHURST
The Lakers are coming off a 3-1 loss to top-ranked Millersville on Wednesday. Millersville took the early lead before Katelyn Smith scored a goal with the assist to Jessica Brandon to deadlock the game at 1-1 at the break. The Marauders though scored two second half goals to pull away for the win. Mercyhurst goalie Sam Takac stopped a season-high 14 shots in the loss. The Lakers started the campaign with losses to Bellarmine (KY), 3-2 in OT, and American International, 3-0. For the season, the Lakers have three players with one goal each; Smith, Alexandra Albright and Andrea Goldbach. Takac has a goals against average of 2.97 and a saves percentage of .769 with 30 saves.

NCAA TOURNAMENT AT BLOOMSBURG
Bloomsburg will be the site of the 2015 NCAA Division II National Championships from Nov. 20-22.

The Huskies are back in action on Tuesday hosting Seton Hill at 3 p.m. Bloomsburg's game with Shippensburg on Sept. 19 has been moved to an 11 am start time.
