INDIANAPOLIS—The Bloomsburg University men's and women's swim teams wrapped up action on Saturday at the 2016 NCAA Division II National Championships with a school record and two honorable mention All-American performances. In the team competition the men's team finished 19
th with 80 points, while the women (one swimmer) were 36
th with 6.5 points.

Nikki Young (Trooper/Methacton), the Huskies lone female representative, closed out her championship swimming in the 200-breast. In the prelims she finished 17
th breaking her own school record with a time of 2:18.23 and just missing out on qualifying for the evening finals.

For the men senior
Jake Harner (Philadelphia/Father Judge) closed out his brilliant career with an honorable mention All-American performance in the 200-breast and as a member of the 400-free relay team.

In the 200-breast Harner finished 13
th in the "B" finals with a time of 1:58.93 after finishing taking 14
th in the prelims in 1:59.14.

In the 400-free relay Harner was joined by
Eric Usbeck (Lake Ariel/Wallenpaupack Area),
Sam Feiser (Pottstown/OJ Roberts) and
Kyle Dix (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) in finishing 12
th overall in 3:00.22 to earn honorable mention All-American honors. In the prelims, the Huskies were 13
th in 2:59.92.

The day started with the men's 100-free with Usbeck finishing 30
th in 45.17; Feiser 33
rd in 45.24 and
Ryan Paisley (Hazleton/Hazleton Area) 41
st in 45.54.
