WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's golf team sits in sixth place after the opening round at the Vulcan Fire Classic on Monday afternoon.

Olivia Martinez (Bellevue, Ohio/Bellevue) is tied for ninth after posting a team-best 88 (+16).

Noemi Krizso (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall Central) posted a 23-over 95 to finish day one tied for 21st while
Grace Green (Shadyside, Ohio/Shadyside High School) sits one stroke back in a tie for 24th after recording a 24-over 96.

Ryleigh Faust (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) is in 30th after shooting a 30-over 102 and
Danielle Meade (Falls, Pa./Wyoming Area) is in 36th after shooting a 49-over 121.

The team sits in sixth place and is 93-over par heading into day two of the Vulcan Fire Classic at Lone Pine Country Club on Tuesday.
