LAS VEGAS – The Bloomsburg wrestling team is sending a trio of grapplers to the US Open Freestyle Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada this weekend. Representing the Huskies and the Husky Elite Wrestling Club will be
Mason Rebuck (Sunbury, Pa./Shikellamy),
Kade Kluce (Dundee, Mich./Dundee), and
Logan Baker (/) in the 20U Division.

The event will be held at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas from April 23-27.
The annual USA Wrestling 2025 US Open Events are storming into Las Vegas. This year's event will feature multiple national championships and World Team Trials.
"This is a big step in returning Bloomsburg to the prominence on the Division I wrestling scene," remarked head coach
John Stutzman. "It is another step toward 'Restoring the Glory' for the Huskies!"

Mitch Moore added that "Having Bloomsburg wrestlers participating at the US Open will go a long way in showing our incoming recruits that Bloomsburg is serious about building a successful DI wrestling program.
Kluce is 3-2 in restricted action with the Huskies while Baker saw limited time on the mat with the Huskies as a mid-year transfer from Clarion. Rebuck finished the 2024-25 season with eight wins, tied for most on the team with
William Morrow (Harleysville, Pa./North Penn). Rebuck had a team-best four dual match wins and led the team with five bonus point wins (2 falls, 2 tech falls, 1 major decision).

Matches for the 20U Freestyle championships begin on Saturday, April 26 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
