Manheim, PA – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) proudly announced the recipients of the 2025 NCAA D1 Men's Scholar All-American Awards last Wednesday. Junior
William Morrow (Harleysville, Pa./North Penn) earned the distinction for the season-straight season.
These exceptional student-athletes have excelled both on the mat and in the classroom, meeting one of the following criteria:
- All nominees are determined by the academic records returned and the results in TrackWrestling.
- Top 8 and 3.00 GPA
- National Qualifier and 3.2 GPA
- Conference qualifier and 3.5 GPA
- 15 matches with 60% win record and 3.5 GPA
"The NWCA is proud to recognize these outstanding individuals who embody excellence in both athletics and academics," said NWCA Executive Director
Mike Moyer.
Morrow boasts a 3.76 GPA at Bloomsburg and finished 1-2 at the 2025 MAC Championships at 157 pounds. The junior went 8-18 this season with three bonus point wins. His eight individual wins led the Huskies and Morrow has 12 career bonus point wins.
