BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – After an incredible 2024-25 season, the Bloomsburg women's tennis team was ranked sixth in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division II Atlantic Regional rankings.

Ending the season 13-4 with a 6-0 conference record, the Huskies finished the regular season as the PSAC Eastern Division Regular Season Champions. Bloomsburg also made its first trip to the NCAA tournament since 2010, facing IUP in the first round.

Five members of the team earned All-PSAC East accolades this season.
Nicole Ilkovic (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy High School) and
Lexi Quackenbush (Pittsburgh, PA/Fox Chapel) each earned first team singles honors and together placed a spot on first team doubles.
Dasha Nakonechna (Spain/IOC) and
Lia-Sophie Seele (Mülheim, NRW, Germany/Luisenschule) claimed a spot on first team doubles as well. Seele and
Jen McDonald (Melbourne, Australia/Brentwood Secondary College) were named to second team singles.

Four other PSAC teams earned spots on the ITA's final regional ranking, with IUP landing in second. Slippery Rock placed third behind the Crimson Hawks. East Stroudsburg was ranked eighth while California (Pa.) claimed ninth.
