BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Eight members of the Bloomsburg women's tennis team have earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete honors while the team was named an ITA All-Academic Team.

A student-athlete must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the current academic year to be considered for the ITA Scholar-Athlete Award.

Lexi Quackenbush (Pittsburgh, PA/Fox Chapel) has been named an ITA Scholar-Athlete for the third time in her career. The Pittsburgh native earned All-PSAC First Team honors with a 3-2 record in conference play in No. 1 singles.

Nicole Ilkovic (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy High School) went 7-5 on the year as the Huskies' No. 2 singles competitor and earns her first ITA Scholar-Athlete award. She notched an all-conference singles selection back in May. Â The duo of Quackenbush and Ilkovic also earned All-PSAC First Team Doubles honors.

Jen McDonald (Melbourne, Australia/Brentwood Secondary College) earns her second-career ITA Scholar-Athlete distinction after capping off her Bloomsburg career. She went 14-5 overall in single competition and 10-2 in dual matches. McDonald earned All-PSAC Second Team Single honors as well as CSC Academic All-District recognition.

Lia-Sophie Seele (Mülheim, NRW, Germany/Luisenschule) went 15-4 in singles competition this season to earn her second all-conference nod. She was 11-1 in dual matches and finished the year with a perfect 6-0 record against conference opponents.

Dasha Nakonechna (Spain/IOC) teamed up with Seele as the Huskies' No. 2 doubles pair and boasted a 12-3 record in dual matches to claim All-PSAC First Team Doubles honors. Both Seele and Nakonechna earn the ITA Scholar-Athlete distinction for the second time in their careers.

Alese Rinker (Altoona, Pa./Altoona Area) went 7-2 in single completion this year while posting a 4-3 record in doubles action. Lily Seirka went 11-1 in dual matches as a singles competitor while holding a 7-2 record in doubles.
Maddie Delisio (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin High School) went 4-3 as a singles competitor and 6-0 in doubles.

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher.

In 2025, 705 Division II women's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 104 women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
