HUMMELS WHARF, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's golf team placed second at the Susquehanna University Tri-Meet with a team score of 345 (+65) at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club on Sunday afternoon.

Noemi Krizso (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall Central), who competed as an individual golfer, posted the highest finish for the Huskies. The junior carded an 11-over par 81 on the day to finish second.

Kate Petterson recorded the best result of Bloomsburg's team-scorers as she registered a 14-over 84. The freshman tied for third while posting nine birdies on the day.

Emma Lewis (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown) tied for fifth with a 15-over 85 which included a stretch of four-straight pars to close out the front nine. Sophie Reed followed one stroke back, placing eighth with a 16-over 86.

Grace Green (Shadyside, Ohio/Shadyside High School) took ninth with a 20-over 90 while
Gabby Hubbs (Bourbonnais, Ill./Bradley Bourbonnais Community) rounded out the top ten with a 21-over 91.
Emma Tolbert (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area) placed 14th after carding a 26-over 96 and
Kali Koontz (Albion, Ind./Central Noble) shot a 99 (+29) to finish 17th.

Bloomsburg is back in action on Sunday, October 5 as they tee-off for the first round of the Kutztown Invitational.
