LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's track and field team had a strong showing at the Bison Classic over the weekend. The Huskies posted eight PSAC Championships qualifying marks.
 
On the track, Peter Tepper (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) hit a PSAC mark in the 800-meter run as he took 43^rd overall with a time of 1:54.34 while Rex Farr hit a PSAC time of 32:00.66 in the 10,000-meter run to qualify for the PSAC Championships. Justin Herrmann took seventh in the 110-meter hurdles with. a PSAC time of 14.77.
 
The 4x100-meter relay team of Tyler Leitzel (Dover, Pa./Dover Area), Katrell Butler, Shane Kerosetz, and Chris Schearer finished 14^th with a time of 43.42 and the 4x400-meter relay team of Butler, Schearer, Finnegan Purtle (/), and Tepper finished 10^th with a time of 3:24.30.
 
In the triple jump, Daniel Ajuz (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) hit a PSAC mark with a third place finish at 14.36 meters (47' 1.5") while Trevor Johnson (Kintnersville, Pa./Palisades) took 13^th with a time of 13.40 meters (43' 11.75").
 
Kaleb Zimmerman (Lancaster, Pa./Garden Spot) hit a PSAC mark in shot put with a throw of 15.30 meters (50' 2.5") to finish 17^th overall. Zimmerman also took 19^th in the discus with a throw of 42.90 meters (140' 9"). Michael Taylor hit a PSAC mark in the hammer with a throw of 51.72 meters (169' 8") and Cameron Williams took 25^th with a PSAC-throw of 47.95 meters (157' 4").
 
Josh Worthington finished 11^th with a throw of 54.90 meters (180' 1") in the javelin while Michael Farronato took 17^th with a throw of 51.11 meters (167' 8"). Brian O'Connor () finished 18^th with a throw of 50.79 meters (166' 8").
 
The Huskies return to action on Thursday, April 16 when they travel to Shippensburg for the Raiders Mid-Week Meet.
