MARSHALL, Minn. – Grant Russo (Sugarloaf, Pa./Hazleton Area) picked up another postseason honor, claiming a Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-America Honorable mention as announced by the organization on Thursday.
 
The honorable mention adds another feather to the cap of the redshirt-sophomore who swept the all-region awards. Russo claimed first team honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings, the National College Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) and the D2CCA.  
 
Russo was also named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Athlete of the Year after a stellar season at the plate. The switch hitter posted a .419 batting average while also leading the team in hits (65), runs (56) and stolen bases (36). Russo's 36 stolen bases set a new school record in single season stolen bases.
