BLOOMSBURG, Pa. - Head coach Matt Haney and the Bloomsburg women's soccer program has announced that Wednesday, August 12 will serve as the date for the program's 3v3 Plus a Husky Girls Soccer Tournament. The event, which will get underway at 6:00 a.m., is open to girls in the following age groups - U9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.

Each 3v3 team entered will have the opportunity to be coached or assisted by a current women's soccer player with all of the proceeds benefiting the Huskies' women's soccer program.

The event is designed for the young player to enjoy a day of soccer in a friendly style while enjoying the camaraderie the sport of soccer provides. All games will be played on the Steph Pettit Stadium turf field on Bloomsburg's campus. Space is limited so please reserve your spot soon. The event will conclude with a short intrasquad scrimmage between the members of the Bloomsburg women's team.

Each team can register up to five players. However, no player in, or entering, ninth grade is eligible to participate. Also, please note that all participants must have a parent or guardian in attendance during the event.
