LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Following a 2-0 start to the season, Bloomsburg men's soccer defender Logan Savage (Bensalem, Pa./Archbishop Wood) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division Player of the Week on Monday.

Savage helped the Huskies open the season with a 3-2 victory over Felician and a 3-1 win against Jefferson. He scored against Jefferson and assisted on Finn Garner's (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) first goal of the season against Felician.

A mainstay on Bloomsburg's back line, Savage helped the Huskies limit their opponents to five shots on goal, 13 total shots and three corner kicks across the two contests.

The Huskies return to action Wednesday when they travel to face Frostburg State in a non-conference contest at 7:00 p.m.
