Took ninth in the 3000-meter run at the Gulden Invitational with a time of 9:09.36 (1/21) ... Finished eighth in 3000-meters with a career-best time of 9:06.03 at the Wagner College Seahawk Invitational (12/9).
2016: (OUTDOOR) Earned a podium finish in the Steeplechase at PSAC Championships with a fifth-place finish in a time of 9:43.39 (5/13)...Took first in the Steeplechase in 9:45.91 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/3)...Was second at 5000-meters at the Mansfield Invitational in 16:06.43 (4/23)...Posted a career-best time in the Steeplechase at the Bison Classic with a time of 9:40.82 (4/16)...Ran a career-best 15:56 at 5000-meters at the Coach P Open at Moravian (4/10)...Posted a career-best time of 4:13.29 at 1500-meters at the BU Tri-Meet (4/2)...Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the Steeplechase with a time of 9:59.18 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/19).
2015-16: (INDOOR) In the 800, ran a time of 2:04.11 at the Susquehanna Open (2/20)...Had a PR in the 3000 meter run with a time of 9:06.94 at the Bison Tuneup (2/12)...Had a PR during the mile with a time of 4:28.27 at the YSU National Invite (2/6)...Was ninth at 3000-meters in 9:19.15 at the Bison Opener. 2015 (OUTDOOR): Took first place in the 3000 steeplechase with a winning time of 10:13.36 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Ran a time of 9:55.40 in the 3000-meter steeplechase, placing 23rd and qualifying for PSACs at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Took ninth in the 1500 with a time of 4:15.95 at the All-American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18)... Took 15th in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 9:55.40 at the PSAC Championships at East Stroudsburg University (4/30)...
2014-15 (INDOOR): Ran a time of 4:34.48 in the mile at the Bison Open (1/31)... Took sixth in the mile with a finishing time of 4:29.82 at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)... Finished 13th out of 33 runners in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:18.42 at the Susquehanna Indoor Open (2/20)... Finished 17th with a time of 4:29.50 in the mile. Was a part of the men's distance relay team who finished second overall with a time of 10:39.62 at the PSAC Championships (3/1).
2014 (OUTDOOR): Finished second in the Steeplechase in 10:14.71 at the Slippery Rock Open (4/17)...
 At 3000-meters ran a season-best 9:29.92. at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/19)... Took first in the 3000- steeplechase with a career-best 9:58.88 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/26).Â
2013-14: (INDOOR) Ran the 3000 meters in 9:42.69 at the Coglate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the 1000 meter in 2:45.28 and the mile in 4:45.04 at the 16th Annual Bison Open and Multi (1/31)...Ran the 5000 meters in 16:52.28 at the 2014 Gulden Invitational (1/25).
