2014-15 (OUTDOOR) Named to the third team of the 2014-15 Capital One Academic All-America® Division II track & field/cross country team (6/23)... Named the 2015 PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year (6/3)...Took 15th at 5000 meters at NCAA Championships with a time of 17:16.77 (5/23)... Named to Captial One/CoSIDA District 2 All-Academic CC/XC team (5/22)....Finished third at 10,000 meters at NCAA Division II Championships in school record time of 34:52.26 to earn All-American honors (5/21)... Won the 5,000 meter title at the PSAC Championships in 17:35.09 to claim the title by more than eight seconds (5/2)...At the Raleigh Relays placed 17th out of 37 runners at 10,000 meters with a school record time of 35.28.34, which was both and NCAA provisional mark and PSAC qualifying time (3/27)...Took fourth place in the 5000 meter run with a time of 16:53.93, an NCAA provisional time and a PSAC qualifying time at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... 2014-15 (INDOOR) Finished first in the 3000 meter run with a time of 9:58.06, first in the 5000 meter run with a 17:14.23 and placed second in the mile run with a time of 5:05.01 in the 2014-15 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/28)... Was named the Most Outstanding Athlete at the 2015 PSAC Championships...Captured the PSAC 3k championshipwith an NCAA provisional time of 9:58.06...Finished second in the Mile run at the PSAC Championships in an NCAA D-II provisional time of 5:05.01 (3/1)....Won the PSAC 5k championships in an NCAA provisional time of 17:14.23. 2014-15 (INDOOR) Finished third and qualified for PSAC's in the mile run with a time of 5:08.30 at the Gulden Invitational (1/24). Was apart the distance medley relay team that ran a 12:03.35, placing them among the top 15 in the country this year at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)... Finished first in the 5000 and 3000 meter with a time of 17:14.23 and 9:58.06. Placed second in the mile with a time of 5:05.01 at the PSAC Championships (3/1)
2013-14: (OUTDOOR) Won the PSAC title at 10,000 meters with a time of 37:10.51 (5/1)...Finished fifth at 5,000 meters at the PSAC Championships in 17:56.74 (5/3).. Improved her PSAC time in the 1500-meters with a time of 4:53.87 at the Crusader Outdoor Classic (4/5)…Posted a PSAC qualifying time in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:55.46 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Finished second in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:18.62 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/22)...Finished third in 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:55.61 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/26).
2013-14: (INDOOR) Ran the 800-meters in 2:29.56 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)... Ran the mile in 5:28.39 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)... Ran the 3000 meters in 11:10.14 at the Bucknell Mini Meet (1/11)... Ran the 5000 meters in 19:02.24 at the Bison Opener (12/7)...Posted PSAC qualifying times in the 3000-meter run in 10:39.43 at the Bison Open (1/31)...Ran the mile in 5:27.33 at the Crusader Classic (2/8)...Ran a career-best in the 3000 meters in 10:32.17 at the PSAC championships (3/1)...Set a personal best in the 5000 meter run with a time of 18:22.97 at the PSAC championshipe (3/1).
2012-13: (OUTDOOR) Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay at the Crusader Outdoor Classic with a time of 4:14.55...Finished eighth in the 800-meter run at the Crusader Outdoor Classic (3/30).
2011-12: (OUTDOOR) Wrapped up the regular season at the Lehigh Games with a 800-meter time of 2:29.11 (4/28)...Set a personal best at the Bucknell Team Challenge with a 800 time of 2:25.78 (4/21)...(INDOOR) Placed eighth at the Mountain Hawk Invite in the 500-meter with a time of 1:26.31 (1/21)...Took first in the 800 meters at the Winter Sun Age Group Track Meet (1/14).
