THE BLOOMSBURG-LINCOLN (PA) SERIES
Lincoln leads, 1-0

The Huskies and Lions have met just once previously. Lincoln came away with an 81-67 victory on Nov. 28, 2012 on its home floor in the last meeting between schools. On that night, Bloomsburg put four players in double figures led by 17 points from Lorenzo Christmas (Norristown/Norristown). Charles Haigler (Charles Town, WV/Hargrave Military Academy) added 16 points while Wes Lyons (Millville/Millville) and Dontahe Jordan (Williamsport/Williamsport) each tallied 14 points apiece. George Jackson paced the Lions with 17 points while Derrick Washington chipped in 12 points off the bench.

LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg defeated Penn State-Hazleton, 79-61, on Tuesday night at home in its second game of the year. Lincoln, meanwhile, has played just once, scoring a win over West Chester at home last Saturday. George Jackson powered the Lions with 24 points and Derrick Washington had 16.

LYONS ROARS IN RETURN TO STARTING LINEUP
Redshirt sophomore Wes Lyons (Millville/Millville) put in a strong showing on Tuesday night in his first start of the season. Lyons matched a career-high by scoring 19 points and also added nine rebounds and two assists. He has shot 11-of-14 from the floor through the first two games of the year and is also 3-for-3 from 3-pointers.

HOT SHOOTING SENDS HUSKIES TO 'W'
Bloomsburg went on an 16-0 run over the final 6:22 to secure a win over PSU-Hazleton on Tuesday. The Huskies shot 70 percent from the floor in the second half, draining 14 of 21 shot attempts.

KEEP ON CLIMBING
Senior Dontahe Jordan (Williamsport/Williamsport) enters Saturday's game with 1,069 career points and is the 27th player in school history to reach the 1,000-point mark. He needs just 12 points to crack the top 20 among all-time BU scorers.

DOWNTOWN CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
Lorenzo Christmas (Norristown/Norristown) has already become one of the most prolific 3-point shooters in school history. He sits fourth in Huskies history in field goals made from behind the arc, draining 170 3's in maroon and gold. He enters Saturday's game 55 3's off the all-time record of 225 set by Mike Ellzy from 1993-97. Ellzy was elected to the Bloomsburg University Athletics Hall of Fame this year.
