Corey Baiada (Harleysville/LaSalle) gave BU a 1-0 lead with a run scoring single that drove in Casselberry.
Brian Almand (Haddon Township, NJ/Paul VI) doubled and scored on a sacrifice fly by

After allowing a leadoff single in the second inning, Morris did not allow another hit until the seventh when the Mounties got runners on the corners with one out. The senior right hander picked up his final strikeout of the day for the second and out and closed the door by forcing the Mounties' leading hitter Stanton Tentnowski to fly out to preserve the shutout.

In game two, Almand and Casselberry ripped RBI singles in the sixth to break a 3-3 tie and lifted the Huskies to a 5-3 victory.
Bloomsburg took a 1-0 lead in the third when Almand was hit by a pitch, moved to second on a failed pickoff attempt and was bunted over to third. A ground ball to short off the bat of Eversole put BU in the lead after three innings of play.
A failed pickoff by the Huskies in the top of the fourth allowed the Mounties to tie the game. Seth Tressler led off with a double and after moving to third, scored on an errant throw.
Tressler added an RBI single in the fifth as MU took a 2-1 lead that was quickly erased by a Bloomsburg rally in the bottom of the inning.
Almand started the frame with a single to left field before a bunt single by
Tim Ravel (Sinking Spring/Wilson) put two men aboard. Eversole bunted the duo into scoring position and an RBI single by Casselberry tied the game. Mazza put BU back on top with a run producing base hit up the middle for a 3-2 lead after five.
The two squads would continue to trade runs, however, as Mansfield knotted the game at 3-3 in the top of the sixth. Tentnowski drew a bases loaded walk to drive in the tying run.
In Bloomsburg's half of the sixth, Stump took the first pitch of the inning and deposited a single into right field. He then moved all the way to third on a failed pickoff attempt by the Mountaineers. The next batter, Almand hit a ball high into the air in left center that dropped for a single in no man's land, scoring Stump for a 4-3 lead.
