RESULTSBLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University women's swim team opened its home dual meet season by rolling past Dickinson College on Friday night, 112-82. The Huskies posted 23 PSAC qualifying marks during the meet.

An indication of the night it was to be happened in event one when the 200-medley relay team of
Alex Wheatley (Dresher/Upper Dublin),
Nikki Young (Trooper/Methacton),
Kate Cossitor (Morgantown/Twin Valley) and
Ashley Dix (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) posted the fastest time in the PSAC this season with a mark of 1:50.12.

In the second event of the evening
Caroline Hodgins (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) dropped a 10:40.70 in the 1000-free to also climb to number one in the PSAC this season.

Three other swimmers also posted top-five times in the PSAC this season. In the 500-free
Karly Hursey (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD) now has the fourth fastest time after swimming 5:18.22, while in the 100-breast
Nikki Young (Trooper/Methacton) has the second fastest time in 1:06.77 with
Sarah Ritter (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD) coming with the fourth fastest mark this season in the PSAC at 1:07.92 in the same event.

Bloomsburg is back in the water on Saturday at noon hosting Millersville and Gannon.
