STORYLINE
Bloomsburg ended its two-game losing streak on Saturday with a 2-0 road victory over Pitt-Johnstown. The Huskies moved into tenth place in the PSAC standings with a 6-6-2 overall and a 5-6-2 PSAC record on the year. Bloomsburg is only four points out of the final PSAC playoff spot. East Stroudsburg comes into the match ranked 11th in the country with a record of 11-2-1 overall and a 11-1-1 conference mark. The Warriors have already clinched a spot in the PSAC conference playoffs and they currently sit in second place.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Bloomsburg has controlled the all-time series with an impressive record of 22-10-3 against the Warriors.

LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg put an abrupt end to its two-game losing streak on Saturday with a 2-0 road win at Pitt-Johnstown. Maureen Leis (Erdenheim, Pa./Springfield Township) and Jessica Supp (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) scored first half goals for the Huskies and Devon Haviland (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) and the rest of the Huskies' defense were able to keep the Lady Cats off the board. Haviland needed just one save for the shutout.

East Stroudsburg slipped past Seton Hill on Saturday by a score of 2-1. Danielle Cary got the Warriors on the board in the 18th minute before Seton Hill tied the game eight minutes into the second half. Sammi Ortiz gave the Warriors the win with a goal in the 75th minute. Jules Harris made a career high 10 saves in the win for East Stroudsburg.

LAST MEETING
The Huskies and the Warriors met last season on October 21. East Stroudsburg was able to get past Bloomsburg by a score of 2-1. Bloomsburg got the scoring started when Allie Barber (Pittston Township, Pa./Pittston Area) netted a goal in the 31st minute of play. East Stroudsburg's Molly Vicari tied the match in the 44th minute of action. After Bloomsburg goalkeeper Devon Haviland (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) stopped a penalty shot with five minutes left, the Warriors still managed to pull out the win when Shea Neal scored with 18 seconds left in regulation. Haviland finished with four saves for the Huskies.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Bloomsburg is still very much in the hunt for a PSAC playoff spot as they sit in tenth place with 17 points on the year - four points behind IUP and Shippensburg. Sophomore Allie Barber (Pittston Township, Pa./Pittston Area) continues to lead the Huskies in scoring with eight points on two goals and four assists. Sophomore Jessica Supp (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) leads the team with three goals on the year. Supp also has added an assist which gives her seven points on the season. Senior Allie Camp (Beavertown, Pa./Midd-West) and freshman Megan Callan (Eldersburg, Md./Century) both have five points respectively this season. Callan has two goals and one assist while Camp has one goal and three helpers. Senior Jenna Fisher (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove) leads the team with two game-winning goals. Sophomore Devon Haviland (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) has continued her great year in net. Haviland has started every match and is 6-6-2 with a 0.81 goals against average and an .806 save percentage. Haviland is also tied for first in the conference in shutouts (6).

SCOUTING EAST STROUDSBURG
East Stroudsburg sits at 11-2-1 overall and 11-1-1 in PSAC play on the season and has already clinched a berth into the PSAC playoffs. The Warriors are third in the conference in scoring average (1.923) and also are third in total goals (25). The Warriors are led by the scoring by Alex Pickett who has seven goals and one assist for 15 points on the season. Pickett is third in the league in goals. Hannah Gombos has been the main facilitator for the Warriors with a PSAC-high seven assists to go along with one goal. Danielle Cary (3g, 2a), Brielyn Hackett (2g, 4a), and Shea Neal (2g, 4a) have eight points apiece. Jules Harris has played all but eight minutes in goal and is 11-2-1 with PSAC bests in goals against average (0.42) and save percentage (.908).

The Huskies will travel to IUP on Saturday, October 22 for a vital PSAC showdown. Start time is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
