ALL-TIME SERIES

LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg returned to its winning ways last time out with a double overtime victory over Mansfield on Wednesday. After a hard fought scoreless first half, sophomore
Jessica Supp (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) was finally able to break the deadlock when she received an outlet pass from
Allie Barber (Pittston Township, Pa./Pittston Area) and banged home the game's opening goal on a breakaway in the 58th minute. Bloomsburg was able to hold the lead until a late corner kick from Nicole Wynne found Emily Smith's head for the equalizer in the 84th minute.
Jenna Fisher (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove) ultimately ended the match by finishing a
Megan Callan (Eldersburg, Md./Century) rebound shot that rung the crossbar. This was Callan's first collegiate assist and Fisher's second game winning goal of the year.
Edinboro was able to get past Mercyhurst by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Fighting Scots were propelled by scoring the first three goals of the second half. After a scoreless first half, Danielle Chatten weaved her way through the Mercyhurst defense and buried a shot into the lower right corner of the goal in the 47th minute of the match. Shortly after, two consecutive goals were scored by Grace Kereky and Alex Brown respectively to give the Fighting Scots the 3-0 lead. Although Mercyhurst scored two late second half goals, Edinboro was able to hold on for the 3-2 win.
LAST MEETING
Bloomsburg and then-#25 Edinboro last battled on October 10 of last year. The match was scoreless until
Allie Barber (Pittston Township, Pa./Pittston Area) whipped in a crossing pass to
Allie Camp (Beavertown, Pa./Midd-West) who was able to collect the ball and finish it into the top corner of the goal to give the Huskies the lead. The contest stayed 1-0 until the 75th minute when Edinboro's Grace Kerekly tied the match with a header goal. Bloomsburg had the last laugh, though, when a little less than five minutes later,
Rachel Yenney (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) scored a rebound off of Barber's initial shot giving the Huskies the 2-1 lead that they would never lose.
