SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
The Huskies enter the meet with an 0-2 record on the season. Bloomsburg opened the season on October 20 in West Chester and lost to both the Golden Rams (155-67) and to Division I Lehigh (165-57) in a tri-meet. The Huskies did post 15 PSAC-qualifying marks in the season-opening event.

Senior Sam Feiser (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts) picked up where he left off last season as he posted Bloomsburg's only victory of the night in the 50-yard freestyle. He also was part of the Huskies' second-place 200-yard freestyle relay team and then took third in the 100-yard freestyle. Feiser won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.30 and his time of 47.87 was good for third in the 100-yard freestyle. He capped off the night by joining sophomore Colin Bauer (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), senior Josh Grzech (Mountain Top, Pa./Crestwood), and sophomore Jordan Wyant (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity) for the second-place result in the 200-yard freestyle relay and the team posted a time of 1:25.61.

Grzech added a ninth-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:49.60 and a seventh-place result in the 100-yard freestyle after touching the wall in 49.47. Wyant, meanwhile, had a strong opening to his sophomore campaign after also adding a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:45.09 and a seventh-place result in the 200-yard butterfly, clocking in at 2:03.98. Bauer finished ninth in the 50-yard freestyle and eighth in the 200-yard butterfly.

Sophomore Doug Boehme (Blue Bell, Pa./Buxmont Christian Academy) had strong swims in the two distance events. He finished fifth in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:05.22 and later posted a fourth-place result in the 500-yard freestyle after touching in 4:53.08. Sophomore Sean Finias (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) finished third in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:59.80.

Freshman Noah Cancro (Limerick, Pa./Spring-Ford) proved himself to be a newcomer to watch as he was part of the Huskies' 400-yard medley relay team that finished fourth to open the night. He later finished eighth in the 200-yard individual medley and sixth in the 200-yard breaststroke. His relay team consisted of Finias, senior Alex McCullough (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), and redshirt sophomore Nathan Mihalko (Windber, Pa./Richland).
