STARTING FIVE ...
- Bloomsburg leads the all-time series against East Stroudsburg, 92-73, but the Warriors have won nine of the last ten matchups between the two schools. Bloomsburg's only win during the stretch was a 91-84 victory at East Stroudsburg on January 30, 2016.

- With 29 points against West Chester on January 6, Christian Mortellite (Hammonton, N.J./Hammonton) moved into second on the school's all-time scoring list as he now has 1,804 career points. He surpassed Jerry Radocha (1973-77) who finished his career with 1,778 points. Mortellite now trails only the school's all-time leading scorer, Mike Ellzy (1993-97), who scored 1,911 career points. With 12 games left in the regular season, Mortellite needs to average nine points per game to break the record.

- Kyle-Michael Rose (Middletown, Del./Sanford School) became the seventh player to record 100 career blocks with three swats against Cheyney on January 6. He has now moved into a tie for sixth place on the school's all-time list with 107 career blocks. Rose is tied with Elwood Vines (1992-93) for fifth and needs one block to tie Chris Parker (1988-92) for fourth. He is second in the PSAC, and eighth in the country, in blocks per game (2.7).  

- The Huskies have scored at least 90 points in four straight games - the longest streak in program history. Bloomsburg had done it in three straight games three times with the most recent coming in the 2010-11 season (Febraury 5, 2011 - at Millersville - L 103-108 (3OT); February 9, 2011 - at Shippensburg - W 94-81; and February 12, 2011 - vs Kutztown - W 92-88). Bloomsburg is also averaging 98.8 points per game over the last four contests - the highest scoring average over a four-game stretch in program history.

- Mortellite became the school's all-time leader in career three-pointers made with his 238th career make at IUP on November 19. Mortellite now has 274 makes for his career. The all-time Bloomsburg record (men or women) is held by Dana Wieller (2009-13) who hit 332 during her career. Mortellite would need to average 4.9 threes per game over the final 12 games of the regular season to break Wieller's record.

THE SERIES ...
Bloomsburg leads the all-time series against East Stroudsburg, 92-73, but the Warriors have won nine of the last ten matchups. Bloomsburg's only win during the stretch was a 91-84 victory at East Stroudsburg on January 30, 2016. Last season, the Warriors won a pair of double-digit decisions - 99-85 in Bloomsburg on January 21 and 95-68 in East Stroudsburg on February 18.

LAST TIME OUT ...
Bloomsburg broke open a 43-39 halftime lead with 52 second-half points to sprint past Millersville, 95-72, on Wednesday night at the Pucillo Gymnasium. It was Bloomsburg's fourth consecutive game of reaching 90 points - a school-record for the longest streak of hitting that mark. The Huskies shot 18-of-29 (62.1%) from the field in the second half including 5-of-8 (62.5%) from long range to pull away from the Marauders. Christian Mortellite (Hammonton, N.J./Hammonton) led five Huskies in double figures in scoring with 24 points. He added five rebounds, five assists, and a pair of steals in the victory. Hashim Moore (Sunrise, Fla./Hun School) added 15 points while Kyle-Michael Rose (Middletown, Del./Sanford School) chipped in 14 points and a game-high four blocked shots. Khary Mauras (Reading, Pa./Reading) and Sam Saxton (York, Pa./Central York) each added 10 points with Saxton added career-highs in rebounds (6) and steals (4). Austin Harriott (Philadelphia, Pa./Hun School) finished with nine points in 15 minutes off the bench, narrowly missing out on a sixth double-digit scorer.

Ralik Wise scored 17 points, including six straight in a game-changing 14-2 run, as East Stroudsburg rallied from a seven-point deficit with just over five minutes left for an 85-82 win at PSAC West leader IUP on Wednesday night. ESU had a 28-12 turnover advantage, including 10-2 in the last 10 minutes, and Steve Harris blocked the game-tying three-point attempt by Jacobo Diaz to cap a strong final minute. Wise's 17 points, one off his career-high, were accompanied by five rebounds and three of ESU's 16 steals. Kitt Najee Walls had 14 points, five assists and four steals; Harris had 13 points and six boards; Nick Giordano had 13 points and four steals and Ryan Krawczeniuk had 10 points for the Warriors. Josh Williams scored nine points, just missing a sixth double-figure scorer.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG ...
The Huskies enter Wednesday's matchup with a 9-5 overall record and a 5-5 mark in the PSAC Eastern Division standings. Bloomsburg has won three straight and five of its last six. The Huskies are averaging 98.8 points over their last four and are now third in the PSAC in scoring at 85.8 points per game. Bloomsburg allows 77.2 points per game on defense - 10th in the conference. The team is sixth in the league in rebounding margin (+2.2) and sixth in the league in turnover margin (+1.43). The Huskies average just 12.3 turnovers per game - the third-best mark in the PSAC.

Redshirt senior Christian Mortellite (Hammonton, N.J./Hammonton) leads the Huskies, and is tied for third in the PSAC, in scoring by averaging 22.9 points per game. He has scored at least 25 points seven times and has reached double figures in 13 of the 14 contests. Mortellite also leads the team, and is eighth in the PSAC, in rebounding (8.0). He also leads the team in steals (1.6) and is second in assists (3.4). Mortellite recorded his 500th career rebound at Kutztown on January 3 and posted his 200th career assist in the win over West Chester on January 8. He ranks second on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,804 career points and trails Mike Ellzy (1993-97) by 108 points to become Bloomsburg's all-time leading scorer. Senior Kyle-Michael Rose (Middletown, Del./Sanford School) is second on the team in scoring, averaging 12.6 points per game after averaging 5.6 points per game through his first two seasons. Rose leads the team with 38 blocked shots and is second in the PSAC, and eighth in the country, in blocks per game (2.7). Rose is tied for sixth on the school's all-time list with 107 career swats. Sophomore Khary Mauras (Reading, Pa./Reading) is third on the team in scoring as he averages 12.5 points per game. He leads the team in assists with 58 and is tied for eighth in the PSAC in assists per game (4.1). Mauras is also tied for fourth, with Mortellite, in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.2). Graduate student Hashim Moore (Sunrise, Fla./Hun School) has really stepped up over the last 11 games. He has reached double figures in eight of those contests and is averaging 13.3 points while shooting 59-of-90 (65.6%) from the field during the stretch. He averaged 3.7 points on 4-of-17 (23.5%) from the field in the first three games.  

SCOUTING EAST STROUDSBURG ...
The Warriors enter Saturday's contest with a 10-3 overall record and a 7-2 mark in the PSAC East. However, East Stroudsburg has gone just 3-3 over its last six after starting 7-0. The Warriors lead the PSAC in scoring, averaging 94.5 points per game, but rank 13th in the league in scoring defense (79.8). East Stroudsburg is only 12th in the PSAC in rebounding margin (-1.1) but it leads the conference in turnover margin (+8.85). The Warriors force opponents into an average of 23.4 turnovers per game - far and away tops in the league.

East Stroudsburg uses a balanced scoring as nine Warriors average at least 6.2 points per game. Steve Harris leads the way by scoring at a 14.5 points-per-game clip. He is second in the league in field goal percentage at 63.0% (75-of-119) and also leads the team in rebounding at 6.7 boards per game. Kobi Nwandu is second on the team in scoring, averaging 12.8 points per game. Nick Giordano (11.5) and Ralik Wise (10.0) also average in double figures. Giordano has made a team-high 33 triples while Jakwan Jones is tops on the team, and second in the PSAC, in assists per game (5.3). Jones posts 8.8 points per game - fifth on the team.

THAT'S OFFENSIVE ...
Bloomsburg posted 110-59 victory over visiting Cheyney on Saturday, January 6. The Huskies had five double-digit scorers and all 12 players that appeared in the game scored at least two points in the victory. The 51-point margin of victory was Bloomsburg's largest since a 91-38 win over Penn State Wilkes Barre on December 7, 2009 and the 110 points scored marked the most by a Huskies' team in a single game since December 10, 1999 when Bloomsburg defeated the University of Bridgeport, 123-56. The Huskies have scored at least 90 points in four straight games - the longest streak in program history. BROKEN RECORDS ...
Redshirt senior Christian Mortellite (Hammonton, N.J./Hammonton) owns numerous school records and continues to assault the Bloomsburg record books. Mortellite now holds the school record for most points in a season (613), most threes in a season (110), most career threes (274), most career free throws made (398), and most three-point attempts in a season (255). He can still break several other records by season's end including most career points (needs 108), most career three-point attempts (needs one), highest career scoring average (Richard Lloyd - 19.4), highest career three-point percentage (Joe Stepanski  - 43.0%), and highest career free throw percentage (Glenn Noack - 84.6%).

MORE ON MORTELLITE ...
All eyes are on Mortellite as he attempts to become the school's all-time leading scorer. With 29 points against West Chester on January 8, he moved into second place on the school's all-time list and now has 1,804 career points. Mortellite has 52 career 20-point efforts (93 games). He has hit double figures in 75 of his last 79 games and has been held to under 10 points in a game only 11 times in his career. Mortellite passed Jerry Radocha (1973-77) for second and needs 108 points to become the school's all-time leader.

WELCOME TO DIVISION II ...
Bloomsburg has three Division I transfers on this year's roster - sophomore Austin Harriott (Philadelphia, Pa./Hun School) (Loyola (Md.)), sophomore Khary Mauras (Reading, Pa./Reading) (Old Dominion), and graduate student Hashim Moore (Sunrise, Fla./Hun School) (Princeton). Mauras, the starting point guard, is third on the team in scoring (12.5) and leads the team - tied for eighth in the PSAC - in assists (4.1). Moore is averaging 11.2 points and 5.1 rebounds. Over his last 11 games, Moore is averaging 13.3 points while shooting 59-of-90 (65.6%) from the field during the stretch. Harriott averages 7.2 points while ranking second on the team in rebounding (5.4).

DOWNTOWN WITH THE HUSKIES ...
The Huskies have made at least one three-pointer in 195 consecutive games. The last time Bloomsburg did not make a three in a game was on December 4, 2010 in a 54-51 loss at Lock Haven when it went 0-7 from beyond the arc. Bloomsburg made at least ten three-pointers in a game eight times last season after achieving that feat just one time in 2015-16. Bloomsburg has reached double digits only twice this season but has made at least five in 13 of the first 14 games. The Huskies are sixth in the PSAC, averaging 7.9 threes per game and third in percentage (38.9%).

GETTING TO THE STRIPE ...
Bloomsburg is shooting 74.7% from the free throw line this season - fifth in the PSAC - and has outscored its opponents from the stripe in 13 of the 14 games. Bloomsburg gets to the line an average of 23.4 times per game. The Huskies are +75 from the foul line this season (245-170). Bloomsburg features three of the top 13 foul shooters in the PSAC this season - Christian Mortellite (Hammonton, N.J./Hammonton) (3rd, 92.4%), Kyle-Michael Rose (Middletown, Del./Sanford School) (10th, 85.2%), and Khary Mauras (Reading, Pa./Reading) (13th, 84.4%). The three have combined to hit 145-of-165 from the line (87.9%). The rest of the team is shooting just 100-of-163 (61.3%).

IT'S ROUGH OUT WEST ...
Since the 2012-13 season, the Huskies are just 9-27 against opponents from the PSAC Western Division and just 2-16 in games played on the road against such opponents. Bloomsburg went 4-2 against PSAC West foes during the 2015-16 season - 2-1 on the road. Bloomsburg is 1-4 against West teams this season with one more game - at Seton Hill on January 17 - left on the schedule.

COMING UP ROSES ...
With his 38 blocks this season, senior Kyle-Michael Rose (Middletown, Del./Sanford School) has moved into a tie for fifth on the school's all-time list with 107 career blocks. He became the seventh player in school history to record 100 blocked shots with three against Cheyney on January 6. Rose is currently tied for second in the PSAC, and eighth in the country, in blocks per game (2.7).

UP NEXT ...
Bloomsburg will head to Seton Hill University for a matchup with the Griffins on Wednesday, January 17. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. It marks the final PSAC crossover game of the season for the Huskies.
