SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's swimming team defeated Shippensburg 147-56 Saturday afternoon behind 12 PSAC qualifying times from nine different swimmers and 22 top-three finishes.

Peter Angotti (Auburn, N.Y./Southern Cayuga),
Connor McClurkin (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy),
Ethan Coffman (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area), and
Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) opened the meet with a second-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:36.97.
Adler Zawodny (Hellertown, Pa./CCA),
Sean Witmer (Millmont, Pa./Mifflinburg),
Connor Hunt (Drexel Hill, Pa./Upper Darby), and
Tyler Tinsley (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) finished third with a time of 1:38.87.

Michael Huegel (Springfield, Pa./Spriingfield) won the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:31.65 while
Luke Willard (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) took second with a time of 10:41.44.
Ethan Robertson (/) completed the sweep of the top-three with a third-place finish at 10:57.91.

Brayden Kemezis (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) won his first collegiate race as he took first in the 200-free with a PSAC time of 1:46.34. Coffman came in second with his PSAC time of 1:48.55. Holmes kept the winning going as he won the 50-free with a PSAC time of 21.75 and
Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands) took second with a PSAC time of 22.05.

Nick Zaffino won the fourth-straight event for the Huskies as he took first in the 200-yard IM with a PSAC time of 1:59.61.
Tanner Glatfelter (Dover, Pa./Dover) came in second with a time of 2:03.09.

Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area) won the 100-yard butterfly for the fifth-straight win and a PSAC time of 51.81.

Holmes won his second event of the night with his second PSAC time as he touched the wall first in the 100-yard freestyle at 47.77.

Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands) won the 100-yard back with a PSAC time of 55.89 and Angotti took second at 56.04.
Chad Jones (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) came in third at 56.27.

Matthew Boehme won the 500-yard free for the eighth-straight Husky win at 4:51.66, a PSAC qualifying time, and Coffman took third at 5:01.44.

The Huskies swept the top-three in the 100-yard breaststroke with three PSAC times as
Sean Witmer (Millmont, Pa./Mifflinburg) won with a time of 59.36 and McClurkin took second at 59.42.
Nick Zaffiro (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) completed the sweep with a third-place finish at 1:01.13.

Zawodny, Glatfelter, Hamilton, and Drake won the 200-yard freestyle relay to close out the meet with a time of 1:26.94. Zawdony earned his spot in the PSAC championships with a 22.28 50-yard free lead-off leg of the race.
The Huskies have next Saturday off as they prepare to take on West Chester on Saturday, October 19 in West Chester, Pa. The meet is set to begin at 1:00 p.m.
