BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's swimming team won 10 of the 11 events and collected 19 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championship meet times, Friday afternoon. The Huskies defeated Edinboro 157-38 and picked up a 153-37 win over Kutztown.

The Huskies kicked off the meet on the right foot as
Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands),
Connor McClurkin (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy),
Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area), and
Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 3:33.72, their fastest relay time of the season.
Peter Angotti (Auburn, N.Y./Southern Cayuga),
Sean Witmer (Millmont, Pa./Mifflinburg),
Tanner Glatfelter (Dover, Pa./Dover), and
Adler Zawodny (Hellertown, Pa./CCA) took second with a time of 3:36.47.

A pair of Huskies got their PSAC qualifying time in the 1,000-yard freestyle as
Brayden Kemezis (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) won the race with a time of 10:14.46 and
Luke Willard (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) took second overall after touching the wall at 10:25.13. Both swims were the fastest times this season for the two Huskies.

Holmes struck out on his own to win his first individual race, the 200-yard free. Holmes took first with his fastest time of the season and a PSAC qualifying time of 1:46.69. Matthew Boehme took second with a PSAC-time of 1:46.83, his fastest time of the year as well.

Zawodny kept the run of first-place times going as he won the 50-yard free with a PSAC-cut time of 22.04.
Cole Verga (Lawrenceville, N.J./Lawrence) took fourth with his PSAC time of 22.52.
Connor Hunt (Drexel Hill, Pa./Upper Darby) (fifth – 22.92) and Huegel (sixth – 23.19) each posted their fastest times of the season for the 50-free.

Ethan Coffman (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) won the 200-IM with an impressive 1:59.84 for his PSAC qualifying time and fastest time of the season, and Glatfelter posted his quickest time in the race as he took second at 1:59.90, also a PSAC cut time.

Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area) won the sixth-straight race for the Huskies with the fastest time in the PSAC so far as he touched the wall first in the 200-yard butterfly at 1:55.26. Huegel took third overall with a time of 2:04.12.

Zawodny narrowly missed the seventh-straight win for the Huskies as he took second in the 100-yard free with a PSAC-cut time of 48.19. Verga took fourth at 49.71 and Hunt finished fifth at 49.91. Witmer finished sixth over with a time of 49.98.

Hamilton got the Huskies back on top with a win in the 200-yard backstroke with his fastest time and PSAC-cut of 1:58.06. Agnotti finished second with his fastest time and a PSAC time of 2:02.19.
Nick Zaffiro (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) finished third at 2:03.12 for his PSAC cut and season-best time.

The Huskies won their eighth race as Boehme touched the wall at 4:56.57 with a PSAC cut time in the 500-yard freestyle. Coffman picked up his second PSAC and season-best time of the evening as he took second with a time of 4:57.78.
Luke Willard (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) posted his season-best time to take third at 5:03.33.

McClurkin won the final individual race as he took first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a PSAC-time of 2:14.68.
Ethan Robertson (/) posted his season-best time and a PSAC-cut time of 2:15.08 to finish second overall. Glafelter finished third with a PSAC and season-best time of 2:18.11. Henry Schueren came in seven with a season-best time of 2:27.40. Kemezis swam as an exhibition race and posted a PSAC-cut time of 2:14.62, his season-best time.

The Drake, Hamilton, Holmes, and Coffman team won the 200-yard freestyle relay with the Huskies' best time of the season at 1:25.79, dropping Bloomsburg's top time by .01.
Tyler Tinsley (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area),
Josh Mansfield (/), Verga, and
Chad Jones (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) came in second at 1:29.74.

The Huskies have little time out of the pool as they host Susquehanna tomorrow at the Nelson Field House pool at 3:00 p.m.
