The Rams got their first base runner of the game as I Carter walked on four pitches but a strike out from Lorson ended any threat.

After a scoreless fourth for Bloomsburg, the first inning in which the Huskies did not score, the Rams cut the lead to 9-3 in the bottom of the frame. Connor Dewees hit a three-run home run for the Rams for their only runs of the game.

The Huskies and Rams traded scoreless fifth innings before Metzger joined the home run party with a two-run blast to left to give Bloomsburg an 11-3 lead in the sixth. Ebbert hit the Huskies fourth home run of the game in the top of the seventh with Metzger and Cawley on to push the Huskies' lead to 14-3.
