BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's track and field team is set for the 2025 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships beginning on May 8 from Slippery Rock University.

The Huskies are guided by 18th-year head coach Bernie Empie alongside Kristin Stam in her ninth season and Marcus Disbrow in his first year at Bloomsburg. Bloomsburg finished 11th last season at the Outdoor Championships and took 10th at the Indoor Championships this past March.

ACCEPTED ENTRIES 
 

Daniel Ajuz (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) will compete in both the long jump and triple jump in his first year at the PSAC Championships. The freshman broke a 45-year-old school record in the long jump with a mark of 7.21 meters (23' 8") at the SU mid-Week PR Bonanza on April 16. Ajuz enters the event seeded fifth. He is seeded 11th in the triple jump with a seed mark of 14.10 meters (46' 3.25). Trevor Johnson (Kintnersville, Pa./Palisades, Pa.) joins Ajuz in the long jump after being seeded 17th with a mark of 6.82 meters (22' 4.5").
 
Peyton Riley (Danville, Pa./Danville Area) is seeded fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a seed time of 9:30.94. The senior is looking to garner an All-PSAC finish after placing fourth in the event at the PSAC Championship in 2024. Riley is also seeded 16th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:05.44.
 
Bloomsburg's sprint squad is led by Justin Herrmann who will participate in the third heat of the 110-meter hurdles after being seeded seventh in the event with a time of 15.15. Brandon Tillery (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) is seeded 20th in the event as well with a time of 15.98. Tyler Leitzel (/) is seeded 17th in the 100-meter dash with a seed time of 10.89. William Burnett competes in the 400-meter hurdles seeded 16th with a time of 57.32.
 
Peter Tepper (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) is seeded 11th in the 800 meter with a seed time of 1:56.17 that was set at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival on April 4.
 
Bloomsburg has a pair of relay teams competing in the conference meet. Jaxson Hoffman (/), Jalik Hill (Lebanon, Pa./Lebanon), Bryce Pattillo and Leitzel are seeded eighth in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 42.42. Hill and Pattillo will join Landon Kester () and Finnegan Purtle (/) in the 4x400-meter relay as the team is tenth with a seed time of 3:25.48
 
A pair of Huskies will compete in the decathlon starting on Thursday. Andrew Kane (/) and Michael Stebila (/) enter the event seeded 12th and 13th respectively.
 
Kaleb Zimmerman (Lancaster, Pa./Garden Spot) leads the throwers for the maroon and gold as he is seeded 14th in the shot put with a seed mark of 14.68 meters (48' 2"). Jack Donchez (Bethlehem/Liberty High School) is 16th in the hammer throw with a seed mark of 47.43 meters (155' 7") while Brian O'Connor (/) is 16th in the javelin throw with a seed mark of 53.95 meters (177').
