BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Bloomsburg tennis head coach Rebecca Helt has announced a Tot-Time Tennis Clinic as well as additional dates for its advanced tennis clinics this summer.
 
Running every Tuesday and Thursday in July, the Tot-Time Tennis Clinic is an introductory tennis class for ages 4-6. The class explores the world of tennis through fun games and activities while focusing on hand-eye coordination, balance, and stamina in a fun setting. It will also introduce basic racquet skills like volleys and ground strokes. It promotes early development of both cognitive and motor skills.
 
The class will run from 8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and costs $20.
 
Additionally, the tennis program has extended its advanced high school clinics through the month of July Running from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday, the cost of the clinic is $25.
 
The clinics are designed to improve tennis fitness and footwork, stroke technique as well as tactics in singles and doubles. The clinic is designed for players with some level of experience.
