YORK, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's swimming team captured a PSAC championship and produced several significant finals-time improvements Thursday night during Day Two of the 2026 PSAC Swimming Championships at the Graham Aquatic Center.

Bloomsburg sits third in the men's team standings with 229 points through 18 events.

Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area), Adler Zawodny (Hellertown, Pa./CCA), Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands), and Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) combined for a 1:21.47 to win the PSAC title in the 200-yard freestyle relay. Drake opened the race with a 20.22 in the first 50 yards before Zawodny posted a split of 21.00. Hamilton had the fastest swim of the night with a 20.08 in his leg before Holmes closed out the win with a 20.17 in the anchor leg.

Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area) placed fourth in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 48.80.

Nick Zaffiro (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) dropped from 4:05.57 in the prelims to 4:02.72 to finish fifth in the A Finals of the 400-IM.  Constantin Buga (Philadlephia, Pa./Northeast) took third in the B Finals and 11^th overall with a time of 4:09.12, 1.87 faster than he swam during the prelims. Matt Boehme (Blue Bell, Pa./Universal School) took 14^th overall and sixth in the B Finals with a time of 4:13.35, shaving 0.11 off his prelim time. Chad Jones (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) finished 16^th over all eighth in the B Final with a time of 4:14.59.

Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands) finished fifth in 1:40.81 in the 200-yard freestyle A Finals and Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) placed seventh in 1:42.21.

Colin Nash (Abington, Pa/Abington), Connor McClurkin (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy), Nick Lennon (Wilmington, Del./Saint Marks), and Zawodny placed seventh with a time of 3:27.36 in the 400-yard medley relay.

The Huskies get back to work tomorrow morning for Day Three of the PSAC Championships. Prelims begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the finals at 5:30 p.m.
