2014-15 (OUTDOOR): Placed third in the 5,000 meter in a time of 15:28.58 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Took fifth in the 800-meter run with a finishing time of 2:05.87. Took first place in the 1500-meter run with a winning time of 4:14.84 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Placed 97th in the 800 with a time of 1:59.83 also took 54th in the 1500 with a time of 4:03.98 at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Took first place in the 1,500 with a winning time of 4:04.70 at the All-American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18)
2014-15 (INDOOR): PSAC qualifier in the 800 at 1:58.48 at the Gulden Invitational (1/24)... Completed the mile in 4:23.78, qualifying for PSAC's at the Bison Open (1/31)... Finished with a time of 2:09.06 in the 800 meters at the Susquehanna Indoor Open (2/20)... Placed 17th overall in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:00.74 and placed ninth overall in the mile with a time of 4:22.78. Was apart of the men's distance relay team who finished 2nd overall with a time of 10:39.62 at the PSAC Championships (3/1).
2013-14 (OUTDOOR): Posted a season-best mark in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:04.15 Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Ran 1500-meters in 4:03.28Â at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/19)... Placed second in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:07.48 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/26).
2013-14 (INDOOR): Improved his PSAC qualifying time in the mile run, with a career-best time of 4:19.19 at the Bucknell Tune-Up Meet (2/14)... Recorded a time of 1:58.91 in the 800-meter run to improve his PSAC qualifying time at the Susquehanna Crusader Indoor Classic (2/8)... Ran the 800-meter in 2:03.19 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the mile in 4:27.67 at the Bucknell Mini Meet (1/11)...Ran the 3,000 meter in 9:22.67 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)... Ran the 5000 meter in 15:45.72 at the Bison Opener (12/7)...Posted a PSAC qualifying time in the 3000-meter run in 8:49.95 at the Bison Open (1/31)...Ran the 800-meter in 1:58.91 at the Crusader Classic (2/8)...Ran the mile in 4:20.91 and the 800 meter run in 2:01.33 at the PSAC championships (3/1).
2012-13 (OUTDOOR): Qualified for PSAC's in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:03.50 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20)... Finished 9th in the 1500 meter run witha time of 4:11.33 at the Golden Ram Invitational (3/23).
2012-13 (INDOOR): Qualified for PSAC's and turned in a season-best time in the mile run with a time of 4:25.39 at the Bucknell Winter Classic (2/9)...Ran the mile in 4:20.91 and the 800-meter run in 2:01.33 at the PSAC championships (3/2).
2011-12 (INDOOR): Won the 1500 meter race in 4:09.81 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/27)...Earned at spot at PSAC's at the Bucknell Team Challenge with a 1500 time of 4:02.39 (4/21)...Took second place in the 800-meter with a time of 1:57.47 at the Husky Open (4/14).
2011-12 (INDOOR): Contributed in a Huskies Distance Medley Relay third place finish, which broke the school record by posting a time of 10:10.20...Also, was a member of the Huskies 4x800 team at the PSAC Championships that broke the school record with a fourth place finish in 7:57.83 (2/25)...Took first place in the 1000 meters in 2:53.06 at the Winter Sun Age Group Track Meet (1/14).
