COMPLETE RESULTS
CARLISLE, Pa. - The Bloomsburg University men's swimming team won its fifth straight dual meet on Saturday afternoon by taking of Dickinson College, 132.5-71.5. The Huskies improved to 5-2 overall on the season and had 20 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying swims on the day.
Ten different swimmers had at least one victory against the Red Devils with junior
Collin Hummel (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg), sophomore
Colton Schnars (Bellefonte, Pa./Bellefonte), and sophomore
Jace Fry (Palmyra, Pa./Lower Dauphin) each winning twice. Hummel and Schnars each had one individual win and one relay win while Fry was a part of two relay-winning teams. Redshirt senior
Kyle Dix (Schwenksville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) and freshmen
Ryan Keenan (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) and
Luke Scoboria (Birdsboro, PA/Exeter) each earned individual victories with redshirt junior

Senior
Corey Smith (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) paced the Huskies with three conference-qualifying swims while Keenan, Schnars, and Hummel got under the conference standard in a pair of events on Saturday afternoon. Eleven others qualified once - Dix, Rocchi, Scoboria, Emig, senior

The Huskies opened with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay as Schnars, Rocchi, Fry, and Emig teamed up for a winning time of 1:36.53. Keenan then posted the first individual win of the afternoon with a time of 17:17.49 in the 1650-yard freestyle which was followed by Scoboria's victory in the 200-yard freestyle as he touched the wall in 1:48.40.
Dix continued his dominance in the 50-yard freestyle as he out-sprinted ten other swimmers for a winning time of 21.42. Three events later, Hummel grabbed the next Huskies' victory with a time of 48.51 in the 100-yard freestyle with Schnars earning his individual win in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:57.99.
Bloomsburg's last win came in the 200-yard freestyle relay as Fry, Agnew, Cancro, and Hummel touched the wall in 1:26.66.
The Huskies will take a couple of weeks off from competition to get themselves ready for the annual three-day Zippy Invitational, hosted by the University of Akron. Action will begin on Friday, December 6 and will go through Sunday, December 8.
