LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Bloomsburg women's cross country team finished 10th at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships Saturday morning. All six runners for the Huskies finished in the top 100 for the race.
How It Happened:
Kelley Selheimer (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) paced the Huskies on the day, finishing seventh and running a personal-best time of 21:04.8 to earn All-Region honors for the third consecutive season. Selheimer finished sixth at last season's regional championship race and improved nearly 10 seconds on her time from a year ago.
Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) finished among the top-50 runners for the event, crossing the line in 22:26.6 for 46th overall and second for Bloomsburg. Josephine Reed (/) was third to reach the tape for the Huskies, coming in at a mark of 22:33.4. The freshman recorded a career-best time in her first NCAA Regional Championship appearance.
Alyssa Cunningham (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) finished 61st on the day with a time of 22:41.0. Senior Jaime Diedel (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) was the next runner across the line for Bloomsburg in 23:14.6. Second-year runners Melina Turner (Wharton, N.J./Morris Hills) and Meah Eshelman (Bedford, Pa./Bedford) each recorded personal-best times to wrap up the action for the Huskies. Turner posted a time of 23:17.1 while Eshelman reached the line at 23:32.7.

Bloomsburg women's cross country will await the reveal of at-large bids for the NCAA Championship race on Saturday, November 23.
