KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Senior
Kelley Selheimer (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) continues to prove to be one of the top runners in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference as she won the 2024 DII/III Cross Country Challenge at Kutztown for the second-straight year. The Huskies finished fourth as a team with 116 points.

Selheimer paced the field with a first-place finish of 23:13.92, 25 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher from Shippensburg. The top 10 finishers were separated by 46 seconds, however, the second-place and 10
th-place runner were separated by just 21 seconds. Selheimer beat out three runners from Shippensburg, four from Kutztown and one from East Stroudsburg and Lock Haven in the top 10 finishers.

Senior
Jaime Diedel (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) had a strong run for the Huskies as she took 27
th overall with a time of 25:02.74 and freshman
Josephine Reed (/) took 29
th as the third Husky across the finish line at 25:06.60.

Sophomore
Meah Eshelman (Bedford, Pa./Bedford) took 30
th overall at 25:07.33 and classmate
Sydney Werner (Reading, Pa./Conrad Weiser) ran a 25:21.76 to take 34
th overall. Sophomore
Melina Turner (Wharton, N.J./Morris Hills) finished 36
th with a time of 25:23.98 and junior
Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) finished 37
th overall with a time of 25:25.11.

The Huskies take next weekend off and get back on the course on Saturday, September 28 as they travel to the LHU XC Open/Invitational on the campus of Lock Haven.
