KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Freshman
Olivia Magagna (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter Strasburg) just missed back-to-back individual wins for the Bloomsburg women's cross country as she took second overall at the Kutztown DII/III Challenge. The Huskies finished third as a team with 71 team points.

The Huskies placed three runners in the top-15 including Magagna,
Alyssa Cunningham (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area), and
Cori McCormick (Ashland, Pa./North Schuylkill). Magagna led the way taking second overall with a time of 22:40.10 in her first 6K race as a Husky. Cunningham took 10
th overall with a time of 23:41.30 while McCormick finished 13
th at 23:59.70.

Sydney Werner (Reading, Pa./Conrad Weiser) finished in the top-20 as she took 19
th overall with a time of 24:29.10 and
Haley Conner (/) took 27
th at 24:47.00 to round out the top-five Huskies.
Josephine Reed (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) finished 31
st with a time of 25:12.80 and
Melina Turner (Wharton, N.J./Morris Hills) was the final scoring Husky with a 32
nd place finish at 25:16.00.

Meah Eshelman (Bedford, Pa./Bedford) was 35
th overall with a time of 25:25.90 and
Alyssa Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) finished 42
nd with a time of 25:37.80.
Maura Kelly (Warminster, Pa./William Tennent) finished 65
th overall with a time 27:40.30.
Abigail Vallier (Millersburg, Pa./Millersburg Area) was the final Husky across the finish line as she took 77
th with a time of 31:37.20.

The Huskies have next Saturday off before returning to the course on September 27 when they had to Lock Haven for the Lock Have Invitational.
