YORK, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's swimming team finished the third day of the PSAC Swimming Championships strong and currently sit in fifth place with 274 team points.

The 200-medley relay team of
Chad Jones (Akron, Pa./Ephrata),
Connor McClurkin (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy),
Tanner Glatfelter (Dover, Pa./Dover), and.
Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) opened the night with a fifth-place finish at 1:33.20.

Michael Huegel (Springfield, Pa./Spriingfield) had an impressive consolation final in the 500-yard freestyle as he took second with a time of 4:42.50, just .39 off his career best time.
Ethan Coffman (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) finished sixth in the consolation final with a time of 4:47.36.

Sophomore
Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands) won a very fast consolation final of the 100-yard backstroke with a career-best time of 51.94, dropping .12 off his prelim time. Jones finished fifth in the consolation final with a time of 52.59.

The Huskies went 1-2-3 in the consolation finals of the 100-yard breaststroke.
Sean Witmer (Millmont, Pa./Mifflinburg) won with a time of 56.18 while Holmes came in second at 56.99. Glatfelter finished third in the B Finals with a time of 57.17. McClurkin took seventh in the 'A' Finals with a time of 56.49.

Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area) took sixth in the 'A' Finals of the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:50.84 while
Nick Zaffiro (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) won the consolation finals with a time of 1:54.16.

The Huskies get back in the pool for the final day of the 2025 PSAC Swimming Championships on Thursday morning. The day kicks off with the 100-free prelims and wraps up with the first timed finals of 1,650-free.
