Team captain and proven leader for the front, Givler is one of the most consistent players on the line. He is the prototype defensive tackle: strong, tough, physical and a phenomenal technician. Givler participated in an internship this past summer and will complete his course work this fall in time to graduate in December. He is a true student-athlete who could contend for post-season honors this fall.

2010: Nominated as one of the teams captains for the season and started in all 13 games for the Huskies...Recorded two tackles with an assisted tackle for a loss against Clarion (9/11)...Recorded an assisted tackle and had a pass break up in win over Millersville (9/25)...Forced a fumble and had a tackle for a loss of 6 yards in win over East Stroudsburg (10/02)...Made one tackle for a loss of 5 yards and had a sack for a loss of 5 yards in the 23-3 victory over Shippensburg (10/16)...Recorded 13 tackles and two quarterback hurries on the season for the Huskies...

2009: Tied career-high with five tackles against C.W. Post...Made four tackles with a sack in win over East Stroudsburg

2008: Made a career-high five tackles against Gannon

2007: Had at least one tackle in seven of nine games played
