Selected by his teammates as a captain for the 2010 season, Landis started 10 games in 2009, registering 51 tackles, an interception and seven pass break-ups. He has quickly gained the reputation as a fierce hitter from his starting safety position and is a gifted athlete with natural football instincts and strong leadership qualities. His father, George, was the head coach of the Huskies in the mid-1980’s and led the team to a PSAC title and a berth in the 1985 NCAA semi-finals.

2010: Nominated as a captain and started in all 13 games for the Huskies...Recorded seven tackles with one resulting in a loss of 2 yards against Ashland (9/4)...Recorded eight tackles against Clarion (9/11)...Made three tackles in the win against IUP (9/18)...Recorded one interception and one and a half tackles against Millersville (9/25)...Recovered one fumble and had three tackles in win over East Stroudsburg (10/02)...Recorded four tackles and returned an interception for 11 yards in 52-14 win over Cheyney (10/9)...Made one tackle against Shippensburg on (10/16)...Logged five tackles and caused four broken up passes in the 36-16 win over C.W. Post (10/30)...Led the team in tackles with a total of five in the win over Kutztown (11/6/10)...Logged four tackles in the game against Mercyhurst (11/13)...Recorded three tackles and had one interception against Mercyhurst (11/26)...Ended the season with a total of 50 tackles for the Huskies...

2009: Made a career-high seven tackles and had one interception in win over California (PA)...Had six tackles in games against West Chester and Gannon to finish the season...Saw duty as punt returner during the season, notching two returns for 24 yards.

2008: Made a season-high six tackles against both Ashland and West Chester...Recorded at least one tackle in 12 of 13 games played.

2007: Played freshman season as back-up quarterback...Threw career-long 46-yard pass and rushed for two-yard touchdown against Cheyney.
