Zimmerman plays extremely hard and is difficult to block one-on-one. A four-year player at defensive tackle, he will be a quick and physical presence that will challenge opponents on every play with his incredible talent. Zimmerman carries himself as a quiet leader, yet is not afraid to energize his teammates when necessary.

2010: Started in all 13 games for the Huskies...Recorded three tackles with one resulting in a loss against Ashland (9/4). Recorded five tackles with an assisted sack against Clarion (9/11)...Recorded two tackles in the win against IUP (9/18)...Recorded an assisted tackle in win over Millersville (9/25)...Recorded seven tackles with an assisted sack and one quarter back hurry in win over East Stroudsburg (10/02)...Made four tackles against Shippensburg (10/16)...Recorded seven tackles and had an assisted sack to help Bloomsburg defeat West Chester (10/23)...Logged six tackles with one resulting in a loss of five yards in the game against Mercyhurst (11/13)...Made five tackles against Mercyhurst (11/26)...Finished the season with 47 tackles and five quarterback hurries for the Huskies...Was named first team All-PSAC defensive line.2009: Recorded career-high seven total tackles and three tackles for loss in games against both Kutztown and East Stroudsburg...Had 2.5 sacks, stealing a sum of 17 yards from Kutztown.

2008: Made a season-high six tackles in regular season matchup against California (PA).

2007: Had tackles in five of seven appearances.
