As a four year starter of the women's basketball team, Fallon finished her career as the school's second all-time leading scorer in women's basketball history with 1,357 points. (now fifth on all-time list). She is the school's all-time leading rebounder in women's basketball with 1,032, is fifth on the all-time blocked shot list with 91 and sixth in career steals with 221. She helped the Huskies to a 28-2 record in 1989-90 and a spot in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division II championships. She also received the Eleanor Wray Award/Outstanding Senior Female Athlete following the 1990-91 season. She was also MVP of NCAA Eastern Regional as a sophomore, was a three-time All-PSAC and All-ECAC selection and was the team's MVP in 1989-90. She was also a two-time honorable mention selection to the Kodak All-American team. Hall also helped the Huskies to three consecutive NCAA playoff appearances and four PSAC playoff appearances.
