Willis holds multiple Bloomsburg single-game, season and career records. He is one of just four basketball players to have their jersey number retired. Willis led the Huskies to their first Pennsylvania Conference championship appearance, an NCAA Mid-East Regional title and a berth in the national quarterfinals. He holds records for points in a game (48), rebounds in a season (389, 1973-74) and career field goal percentage (54.4). He also ranks high on the Huskies' all-time scoring list with 1,467 points. Willis played professional ball in Spain and Israel for several seasons.
