Ronald Lelko played a vital role in Bloomsburg's football dominance during the late 90s. During his four-year career, the Huskies went 35-10-1, captured four Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East titles and made one NCAA playoff appearance.

In his career, Lelko captured four All-America honors, was twice named First Team All-PSAC East and was First Team All-ECAC. Following the 1996 season, Lelko was named a First Team AP All-American, First Team Football Gazette All-American, First Team American Football Quarterly All-American, and a First Team CoSIDA Academic All-American.
