Bloomsburg Athletics

Blass was a member of the Huskies' outstanding track and field teams of the 1930s and helped the team to its first PSAC title in 1937. At one time, he held school records in the 100 and 120 high hurdles, the high jump, the long jump and the shot put. He was also a member of the basketball team and was a four-time letter winner.
