Bloomsburg Athletics

Chaump was a four-year member of the football team and three-year member of the wrestling team at Bloomsburg. In football, he was a three-year starter, missing his junior year with an injury. After graduation, Chaump went on to coach high school football, compiling a record of 58-4, winning six conference titles and six Coach of the Year awards. In addition, Chaump was an assistant at Ohio State and the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He then moved on to be head coach at Indiana University (Pa.), Marshall University and the U.S. Naval Academy.
