Toto was a three-time all-conference selection as leader and point guard for the Huskies' basketball team. At one time, he held the school record for assists in a game and assists per game. Toto has earned several in-season all-tournament selections in his three years with the club. Following graduation, he coached at Woodrow Wilson High School, leading his team to a conference title and a pair of appearances in the state quarterfinals. Toto received several "Coach of the Year" awards.
